If your student is experiencing problems signing on to their SFSD Student Google (email) account, it may be caused because we have not received a signed permission form. Students will need to have a signed Google Apps for Education permission slip in order to access their SFSD Student Google account. This is a one-time permission form that remains active for the duration of their enrollment in Silver Falls School District.
If you’ve recently submitted your registration paperwork and included this form, you do not need to fill it out again. All forms we have received will be processed by September 22nd, at which point student google account access will be restored. If you did not fill out the Google Apps permission form or are unsure if you did, please download the form below and sign. A scan or photo can be emailed to us, and then access to your Student’s SFSD Student Google account will be restored. Please email the completed form to Melissa King.
