This time of year can be filled with a lot of excitement and expectations as we enter the holiday season. For some, this can also be a very stressful time as you juggle everything that comes with the break in school and routines.

Below you will find some resource information about ways to seek help, if needed, over the upcoming break. The mental health resources listed are available year-round, but some of the food and gift resources are offered to our community specifically this time of year.
