  • There is an FBLA meeting on Tuesday, January 26th, at 6 pm. We will be meeting outdoors undercover at Silver Creek Fellowship: 822 Industrial Way NE Silverton. Or, join us virtually using the code: shsfbla. Don’t forget your mask! We will also be having a competitive events workshop at the end of our meeting for competitors to practice and receive feedback on their presentations before Regionals – please bring your own computer to participate.   • Reminder: There is no school on Monday, January 18th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Classes will resume as regularly scheduled on Tuesday, January 19th.

  • The SHS Winter Blood Drive is taking place on January 27th from 11 am – 4 pm. Our goal is to collect 100 units of blood and help save 300 lives! Individuals are eligible to donate if they are 16 years old. We are inviting students, staff, parents, alumni, and community members to participate in this event.   • The Oregon Sports Hall of Fame and Museum is offering six $3,000 scholarships to 2021 graduating seniors planning to attend an Oregon college or university. The application deadline is June 15, 2021. More information can be found on our scholarship page.
  • The Red Cross Club will meet on Wednesday at 2 pm at Google Meet shsredcross. This week we will be talking about the upcoming Blood Drive and other opportunities to serve. Our meetings are all virtual at this time. If you have questions, please contact Kirsten Barnes.
  • FOXES Dance – Best wishes to Seniors Orianna Farrell, Claire Crager-Stadeli, Alicia Little, and Sophie Borgstahl as they compete virtually on Sunday, January 17th for the All-State Dance Team! GO FOXES!
