For those athletes who are needing a sports physical for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year, Dr. Joshua Ort is offering a walk-in clinic on Saturday, July 30th, from 8:00 am to Noon. The cost is $25.

The required OSAA Physical Form will be available at his clinic, please remember to fill out the Medical History side before uploading the physical to an athletic registration in Register My Athlete.

Current physicals must be uploaded to an athlete’s registration, and ALL requirements must be complete prior to AUGUST 15th.  Athletes without a COMPLETED registration will not be allowed to participate and try out for Fall sports on August 15th.   Please contact our Athletic Department if you have questions.
